Julia Addis (IMDb), a Virginia native, got her BA in Drama from the University of Virginia. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles and has been featured in shows on the Biography Channel, Discovery Channel and Lifetime, as well as various commercials. She was also a writer and actor for the award-winning web series “Table for Two.”Julia took many classes around town before she found the “How to Stand Out on Camera” class at L.A. on Camera, which had a huge impact on her work. The techniques she had always subconsciously noticed about great film actors were laid out in a clear and succinct way, and by implementing those techniques, she has been able to make the most out of each audition. A lover of the craft of filmmaking and acting, Julia is very excited to be teaching others these skills, which are crucial for success in Film & TV.
